Bains and Co was established in 1995 in Chelsea, by Rana Bains, a specialist in Commercial Property Law. In 2000, we moved to purpose built premises in Barbican, as the firm continually grew through client satisfaction, high reputation and client referrals. In 2004, we acquired the  Broad, Riggall & Godman, a Watford based firm established in 1879. This has provided further impetus for growth and has added new staff with a wealth of experience in the fields of Probate and Estate Administration Law to our team. In early 2007, all staff moved to the Watford premises.

With the additional knowledge from the staff at Watford, we have been able to meet a wider range of legal requirements for the extensive number of clients we have, particularly in North West London, Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire, although still serving our clients from Central London and further afield.

With 140 years of heritage, and our team of positive and co-operative staff, Bains and Co is moving from strength to strength, branching out into all aspects of the legal world and striving to provide the best possible service for its clients.
