BAINS & CO SOLICITORS

The Solicitors Regulation Authority (“SRA”) has intervened into Bains & Co Solicitors and has taken possession of the papers and documents formerly in their possession.

Devonshires Solicitors have been appointed by the SRA as its agents in this intervention and as a result now hold files that were with Bains & Co Solicitors.  Devonshires will not be taking over any of the cases that were run by Bains & Co Solicitors, although we will be protecting clients’ interests in the short term whilst other solicitors are appointed.  It is therefore a priority for you to nominate alternate solicitors and advise us of that nomination.  Devonshires can then forward them your file and other papers, to be held to our order.
